A. Severe diseases — 30 days
- Scope: Distemper, Parvo (dogs) / Panleukopenia, FIV (cats)
- Period: 30 days from delivery
- Case 1 — Recovery: Mật Pet pays 50% of hospital fees (up to 5M VND ~$200, excluding tests)
- Case 2 — Death: Replacement pet of equivalent value + free shipping nationwide. Price difference paid if you choose a higher-priced pet.
B. Common conditions — 5 days
- Scope: eye inflammation, fungal infection, dermatitis, pneumonia, visible defects
- Period: 5 days from delivery
- Case 1: Replacement pet + free nationwide shipping
- Case 2: Mật Pet covers 50% hospital fees (up to 5M VND ~$200)
- Note: claims past 5 days may be denied
